This is the most recent version of the contract I have to date. My daughter typed this one by hand and there are many typo's and errors but it is still helpful in finding out important information about the contract. I will attempt to obtain a more recent version and accurate version. If I can't I will ask my daughther to make a new one. ( This time I will make her use the spell checker!!) She gets her spelling ability from me in case you haven't noticed.
